Snow day breakfast.....

i'm just finishing lunch. italian sub, add jalapenos, oven toasted.
not the best for sodium and calories....but....mmmmmm.

I live in Westminster, work in Loveland...yesterday was the first day in. like, 30 years I didn't go in due to weather. The only reason I didn't was because I didn't have any meetings scheduled- I could do all my work remotely

It's late but good.....fried eggs on top of hash browns covered in 505 green chile sauce. Coffee on the side....

One of my favorites is quick, cheap and easy...fried hash browns, toss in a can of Hatch green chiles
images
add a few eggs and scramble together and pour on some santa Cruz Green chile salsa,

then you got like 3 or 4 breakfast burritos...

Had a steak sandwich for lunch in Sedona, Arizona today after meeting with a new client. This means I get to come up here at least twice a month and the company pays for lunch.

nah, green chiles just have good flavor and normal heat, not stupid heat for heats sake like these new kinda designer chiles and habeneros', etc. I've got high tolerance for normal mexican food/spices....been eating it since I was probably 4.
