Share your Wrapped

Not sure it is shareable. Link just starts my own.

But some stats:

I listened to 982 songs
476 artists with Tove Lo being the top
32 genres with top ones being folk, metropopolis, soul, rock, and art pop

My Facebook had a bunch from listeners and artists last week. Whatever they did, it worked on Facebook. For here, maybe post a screenshot?

I use Apple music and I'm old and out of touch but I recalled getting a notice that said "review your year in apple music" so I googled and it seems to be the similar to "wrapped" whatever that is :embarrassed:

so here are some screenshots

This is the first year I have listened to Spotify much, and we just got premium - but here are the stats.

Top Genres: Folk, Anime Soundtracks, Hard Rock, Orchestra, Progressive Metal

994 Songs - the top song: Sarah Jarosz - Build Me Up From Bones. (kind of a surprise there...it's not my fav song from Sarah)

Top Artists: #1 Joe Hisaishi (Japanese soundtrack/classical composer).
#2 Rush
#3 Toad the Wet Sprocket
#4 Sarah Jarosz
#5 Ralph Vaughn-Williams

Only thing I remember is it said I should live in Asheville. Which is kinda funny because I’ve been considering moving there for the last few years.

Don't use Spotify. Maybe I could share my library check-out history. I'm guessing top spins go to Bruce Springsteen and Janelle Monae.

I went there for a conference and fell in love with Asheville. If I ever moved from here, that is where I would go.

I don't listen to Spotify, but I do have a Spotify for Artists account.

Perhaps it is not surprising that the top three streamed songs come from the Original Soundtrack album.

you are like a heavy metal act in that the majority of your listeners are dudes :cop:
What can I say? I am too old and wrinkled (and not rich enough) to attract the ladies. Even if they drive Mercedes... :old:

Ladies in Mercedes was the number one song in terms of number of listens. (By the way, I still have some copies of the album available. It is apparently a great gift for men.) :cop:

Don't use Spotify anymore, but quite sure the stuff I've listened to the most this year is

A Formal Horse
Leprous
Big Big Train (I have no idea why I haven't gotten into them several years ago, absolutely brilliant band)
Beardfish

So, basically a lot of prog rock. Nothing new there for me though.
Most modern rock and metal bore me to tears though, so that might be a part of it.

Well we can all meet up there then because the wife and I have it on our list of retirement cities. lol
I love Asheville and all of the surrounding areas.

I have friends living there for the past 2-3 years now. They've lived in several states up and down the eastern seaboard, if you ever want some first hand info.

My brother has some friends who have been there for a long time. He goes to visit them a lot and says I’d love it there.

I don't pay for spotify premium, I use it primarily while walking the dog. But thanks to this post I happened to log on to see my "wrapped" on my desktop and found if I play music on the web browser and not the app there are no commercials :thu: So now when I'm on the internet at night instead of listening to youtube I started listening to spotify.

So thank you @rsadasiv
