Played for the first time in a while

Punchy

Slacker Supreme
Pulled my old Guyatone/Kent off the wall and plugged into my Valve Jr.

Printed off the chords for John Cale's rendition of "Hallelujah" and sang along to the first verse over and over for a while. Damn well might as well have been starting over, those simple chord changes were a bitch  :embarrassed: It's not the easiest guitar to play, but it sure is cool.

After I was done with Hallelujah, riffed a little bit on a couple of interesting melodies and then hung her back up. Felt nice. :)

I've also got a DOD FX-55b Supra Distortion that I love that I need to get fixed. It's zero good except as a fuzz for single coils with the tone down and the distortion into the boost area. Who knows though, maybe times have changed.

I've got one of those Fab Tones, the cheap little plastic one,and I can get exactly one usable sound out of it

Glad you are playing again! I just started up more in earnest myself a month or three ago. After just cowboy chord strumming once in a while for a long time. Enjoying it!

Keep at it.

Also, I treated myself to a couple new pedals too. And have been redoing the pedal board. But stopped spending and started playing more with what I have.

It is fun to be playing again. Stick with it!

I barely played for three years or so. I've been playing a bit more the past year or so - and a lot more the past 6 months. Just started up lessons with Mark to try to get some fundamentals down I never really learned.
