So, that's our tentative date unless somebody objects before the first flights are booked.

Of course, everyone is welcome to come earlier and stay later, but I figure the bulk of the party will be on Saturday, July 31.

We'll make more detailed plans as the date draws nearer.
 
Very likely in. I cant say for sure till closer to the date but I cant see why Chewie and I wouldnt be there. :thu:
 
July/August this year is looking to be really great. :cheese:
Festival gig(s) the weekend prior to this as well, if I'm not mistaken. :love:
 
I'm planning on being there and have already blacked out the weekend on the band schedule and the home schedule.

I already started watching airfares. It has gone up from last year, but I just need to watch for the time when they drop booking fees and book then.

I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it, but I'll definitely make a few batches of beer in preparation (assuming I drive.)

Right now I'm thinking a Bourbon Barrel Porter and some kind of Jalapeno/Habanero Blonde.

I'm not sure. I don't travel much but I know that I see ads on occasion for Expedia/Travelocity/Orbitz where they advertise lower/no booking fees. I would imagine around March/April when the winter get away trips are done and the summer stuff has not kicked in full steam yet might be a good time, but I'm only guessing. I'm just going to watch airfares closely.

Last year my roundtrip airfare was about $315.00. This year, right now, I'm looking at around $388.00 for a decent flight schedule. That is still pretty cheap.
 
The idea intrigues me, but I tend to get really uptight in social settings. It would be a doable drive and, of course, even more doable by plane. I must give this more thought but it would be great to meet some of you fine folks face-to-face. :thu:
