While browsing Warmoth a few weeks ago, I stumbled on a chambered 7/8 strat body in the screaming deals. I couldn't resist. I picked it up from UPS this morning and assembled it. Right now, it has the neck from my black strat on it. Hopefully, I'll order a new neck for this one with a graph tech nut.

I only use the bridge pickup. I only put the neck pickup in because I thought it would look odd with only a single coil in the bridge.

so...7/8 sized body....what scale does that make it?
i thought about doing something like that back in the 80's, and it was going to be based on making the body size work out to have 24-3/4" scale, like a gibson.
