Thanks! I still have the body. The parts that are in that pic of the silver sparkle are now on another Mason of mine (except the black bridge) Only the neck and neck pickup from that one are in the '72.

Oh, I even like the cream. In the photo the binding looks white and not cream, so the cream makes more sense.
I actually could use that model as a basis for several I'd like. When I imagine a tele that's one of my favourite combos though. Would also look hot as a white one with black binding, and a tort guard with a mini-hum in the neck!

I imagined something neat earlier... an all-white Tele Custom. Basically, like this one, but with a white body and a white pickguard (with a black outline, naturally), and white knobs and stuff. I think it'd look awesome.
Incidentally, I may be saving for one of those soon

At one time I was thinking of getting the exact opposite of my black Mason Tele. A lot like what you're talking about Ethan. Arctic white body w black binding, w/b/w pickguard, black P90, black bridge plate, tusq saddles, black control plate and knobs, ebony fb w pearl blocks, headstock the same though. But I changed mah mind.

And hey, hey, HEY. It came in TODAY. Sitting right behind me in the control room here. Should be able to get some pics tomorrow when the lady's charger for her camera comes in. And some clipage hopefully real soon. I'll be taking this thing to the studio tonight to record a solo on it. The drummer from Ten56 has his own solo/side project and he asked me to come in and play a solo on one of the tracks. So I'll see if I can get at least a rough mixdown of it when we're done tonight.
