She brought in a case of Coke Zero. She says it should be fine to drink because it's calorie and sugar free, but I'm still wary. :annoyed:

I like Diet Coke way better than Coke Zero. But then again, i dont worry about caffiene.

I like Diet Coke way better than regular Coke. :embarrassed: In fact, in nearly all cases, I like the Diet equivalent of soft drinks more than their sugary counterparts.

I've been having terrible caffeine headaches. If you ever played the videogame Darkseed back in the early 90's, it feels like when they shoot the alien embryo right into your head.

I've never had much of taste for soda, except for the occasional root beer or ginger ale every once in a while.

But the Weight Watcher's diet, for one, will let you drink all the diet soda you like, apparently, so if your goal is simply to lose weight, there's no reason why not. You might end up with Alzheimer's from all the aspartame, but that's enough story.

Actually, Weight Watchers, like many others, warn that diet soda can increase the cravings for sweets and warn against it. That has never been a problem for me, though.

Wait a minute. You're the guy jamming fast food sandwiches together, and your mom's in trouble for bringing you diet soda?

I like Coke Zero, it tastes more like regular Coke than Diet to me, and it satisfies my sweet tooth and lust for carbonated deliciousness for one day, without having to feel too guilty about it. I drink the little 12 oz. bottles of it, and that's plenty for one sitting.

Coke Zero is not bad stuff, for a diet drink.

I am just backing down from soda all together. I've had two glasses of pop since the beginning of the year and I intend to keep that as a very minimal intake for me. If I say I'm cutting it out entirely it seems to make it harder, so I'm just scaling back as much as possible.

I haven't had a carbonated pop type beverage in 16 months. I don't miss it.

Carbonated beer? I run so I can continue to drink it.....:embarrassed:

I like the occasional coke with stuff like 5 Guys...I mean, if your gonna have a "meal-o-death" ya might as well have the coke...

But I am trying to continue to keep my soda intake to about 1 or 2 a week. I really like water though, and I imagine that helps...
