Mushroom Coffee or Tea?

Do not ignore modern medicine. Not all drugs are bad, m’kay Mr Mackey.

My Psoriatic Arthritis is severe inflammation which twisted the toes on my left foot. I had to have surgery to remove the toe joints and pins through the small toes to straighten them. The big toe was fused, bent inward on purpose to allow me to get the foot into a shoe, and ski boot.

Supplements and proper dietary choices help and contribute to reducing the inflammation. But, the drug, Cosentyx, is doing the heavy lifting. $600 for 2 needles every 28 days is my CoPay. Yet, Cosentyx Connect reimburses the full amount to me via check.
If it gets bad enough, I will not ignore Modern medicine for sure. Osteoarthritis runs in my family and at 62, I can feel some niggling suggestions that little bits are starting to creep in. Along with all the falling down, and resulting scar tissue, I have done through all my sporting events through all the years. So just trying to get ahead of it as best I can before things start to get bad. Just more motivation to continue the diet cleanup and adjustment I have already started. Seems like variations of the Mediterranean diet qualify for most of my goals, including anti-inflammation. Along with adding some particular foods, supplements, or whatever.

Is anybody else imagining any current or, former presidents, in a stewardess outfit, asking, Coffee, Tea or, Me?
