With 40 votes in, it's cool that - with the exception of Super-Strats, so far the order of ownership from greatest to least is the same order as the different models came to my mind as I was making the poll choices.

Here is most of it. I think the picture is missing a telecaster and that new Hofner.

I have a Strat and a Tele...there isn't really a category for my Manta Ray...it's kind of 335 like (semi-hollow) but looks a bit more like a SG than a 335

My Club King is the same way — semi-hollow, but no clear category. The Guild and the Gretsch fit into this nether-category too.

Oops, I voted before I read the instructions. I only voted for the type I have the most of.

That's okay... I voted "Strat" without ever noticing that there was "Superstrat" even though I've owned about 20 different Charvels over the years.

Interesting poll. I figured strats would lead by a significant margin, but it seems like they're neck and neck with teles! Why isn't there an "offset" category? :gah:

I agree most polls should be pubic, but this one doesn't have to be.
I also think most polls should allow multiple choices, at least this one does. Probably less than 2% do.
lack of any offsets is unfortunate. Jag , Jazzmaster or Firebird should be on there. do we need 2 strat options? A strat is a strat. 1 more fret and a humbucker somewhere does not make it not a strat. I guess the good thing is Superstrat is the Ralph Nader of this poll otherwise the lowly tele would not stand a chance against all Strats.

I have 5 teles and 1 Sg, wtf does it all mean?!

Partscaster Tele type, Gretsch 5120, Epi Explorer.
Should have counted my old Carvin DC as an SG type I guess, even tho its all maple it sorta has that shape and scale length, 2 buckers.
Have owned everything on the list at some point except for PRS and Super Strat.
