Now I'm thinking JB bridge, single coil middle, and P-Rails neck...with a 5 way super switch and a 3 way mini on the P-Rail the tonal possibilities are legion...I wish I had thought more about this before now...

The P-Rail would absolutely slay in the neck position. Personally, I'd skip the middle pickup only because I never use them but you could also split the JB and maybe use the inner coil so it might be a little less trebly and harsh? I'm not altogether sure how well a JB splits. A lot of guys on he Duncan forum like to swap magnets to alter some of the characteristics as well.
