Ooh. For a patient person, that would be hard to beat for recording Muff tones. Might make the doubletracking parts with Muff then Rat workaround I’ve been using unnecessary.
If you can get a good cutting muff rhythm tone it often lacks bottom end. (Wooly muff lows don’t record well.). So I’ve been thickening things with a Rat box. But better tone shaping options...hmm...
And for leads, the best Muff is rarely a muff. I like the Devi Ever Hyperion for sustainy muff leads or juicing a muff with some other OD box...but I hope you like noise.
