today's my last day at work. new job starts on Wednesday. If I make it home from tonight's rehearsal sober, I may feel I've failed.

Incorrect. Long driveway. About 300 feet or so. I used to snowblow it myself with an ariens garden tractor. Now we pay for snow plowing. We share the cost with the other two houses on the drive.

My plow guy has his rig in for repair, and no-one is accepting new accounts. So I use this.

occassionally, the town plow guy clears a bit, enough to get to the door of the house.
but since I don't own a car, it's no biggie
