It’s a Gibson Futura headstock. They made a half-dozen Futura prototypes for the '57 NAMM, but the Futura andCorvis Moderne were the odd korinas out and didn't go into production in '58; they replaced the Futura with the Explorer design. They've made Futura RIs in small numbers since the '70's but occasionally use the headstock, I think those LPs were products during the GOTM/GOTW craze.
