Of course they're available with flame tops and such, but I love going the other direction so that the beauty is in the carve, but then you get the benefit of the superior PRS hardware and some really great sounding stock pickups.
I have the mahogany topped Hollowbody which looks great.... is lightweight and plays sooooo sweet.
I also have an S2 594 in a solid color (Seafoam)... and the short scale, with the vintage controls (except for the push/pull coil splits) are right on the money... but straighter string pull keeps the guitar IN TUNE even with the bone nut.
But one of my favorite elements is the aluminum tailpiece which is KILLER! Instead of pulling the string vvvvrrrrrtttt... through it... you set the ball end of the string in the slot, push it to one side and BOOM it's anchored in a little cubby hole. Plus if you palm mute, the wider, flatter bridge piece does NOT dig into the side of your hand like a typical ABM1
