Hunk of iceberg lettuce, bleu cheese dressing, Parmesan, bacon.

Maybe add some chives or avocado to add a little colour, texture and flavour.

We've got a Mexican seafood restaurant near me (actually, where I met @tiger roach for lunch some years back) that makes their own ranch dressing. It is glorious!

I'll admit, though, that I like pretty much all salad dressings, ranch and bleu cheese alike.
