If I win the next powerball drawing...

A short documentary showing how I forced Henry J. out of Gibson Guitar Corporation with a giant load of dicks.
600x366

If I won the PowerBall, I'd probably not change much.

Other than 2 new accountants (one to watch the other one), a new lawyer or two, and I'd get new countertops and put a pellet stove in the basement. Also get a new custom acoustic guitar.

I'd like to think that a lot of money wouldn't change me.

if i won big, i would definitely be giving a bunch to good charities.

heck, i'd only keep 3 or so mill for me. i don't need more than that. i'd really like a Porsche Cayman, but you can pick up 6-7 year old ones for 35K.

i'd buy a house.....likely a 3 bed ranch or split level. i'd get a nice little camp up in the mountains of Pa.
i WOULD build my little jam/rehearsal/recording studio. i could see me buying a nice B-3 and Leslie, a couple Dr. Z's, a couple custom shop strats, etc.

but still.....all of that added up would still only come to a couple hundred grand or so....not millions.

If I won enough to retire on, there's only be a puff of dust where I used to be standing, and a swirl of leaves in the driveway where I just blew through.

I'd buy a mountain in Grand Lake area with good ,clear fields of fire. That and a townhome in Denver.
Of course goodies for everyone here too.

I am positive this is why the stock market is F#cked this week. People short selling to get in on the $700MILLION drawing. It really has better odds of a profit...

Sure the odds suck, but it is the best ROI available. Even my millionaire brother in law plays it all the time for that reason.

I'd like to move out west somewhere. But I would be happy anywhere, really.

I'm torn as to whether I'd buy a house, or get a condo.

I'd want to crank up some amps (ruling out a condo), but I hate doing yardwork :embarrassed:

With a several hundred mil, you can have an apartment in NYC overlooking Central Park, one in Paris, London, Lake Lucerne, a home in Beverly Hills or Malibu, one in Rio, a cabin in the Rockies, and a Gulfstream IV and still have hundreds of millions left. Use your imagination, people! :gah:
(I wouldn't want too many homes but you get the point)
