I think I need a Strat

CBHScott

How did I get here?
Especially since the Squier VM I got a few weeks back was returned - I just could not dial in the action to my liking.

Anyway, as soon as the Rev sells, I'm getting one, so there

In the meantime, feel free to post a few so I can curse you later...

Nabbed this guy last year for $250 with an amp. Sold the amp and used the profits from a few other flips and it ended up being free !

It is bone stock and I love it as is. I don't feel the need to upgrade anything on it. It is now my #1 and I use it for everything.

I have a USA Peavey Predator with Bill Lawrence pickups that I can sell you.

Yes, you do need a strat. Maybe two.

I think the strat is one of those iconic guitar sounds; The quack in between positions in particular. You can get sounds like that from other instruments, but it is what the strat does best.

This my roadworn strat, I love it. It has a tone to it that I can't get from my other strats. There is something about this one that's just good. It has become my #1 guitar.

Edit: and yes, you need a strat.

I have had at least a dozen Strats pass through my hands over the years, and every damn time I get rid of one, I want one again...I just can't shake it.

I love my CV 50's, but I demoed several to find one that sounded like I wanted. If I were to get another Strat, it would be a Reverend.

Six Gun III, that is.

Or even better, a Pete Anderson Eastsider S!

Holy smokes!

That Eastsider S is thebombdotcom!

I think I need one.

Oh, and as for the OP... Yup, you need at least one Strat.

Although my Suhr's get most playing time nowadays, I think this is still the "biggest" sounding guitar I have. Unplugged, it's really loud, and plugged in it gets louder. Science. :embarrassed:
