I agree with this

Rey showed romantic attraction to no one in the film. She showed a begrudging respect to several people, but given what happened to her (being dumped on some god forsaken planet alone) she is not the type to fall for anyone quickly. Distrust and self reliance have kept her alive to this point in her life. She eventually showed a trust in her fellow travelers and a genuine affection for Finn - but given her background sexual tension would be out of character this early. The script writers got that part exactly correct.

Rey is also a healthy (seemingly) 20-something humanoid with apparently no sexy time prospects on her desert home where she is Simon Pegg's fatsuit's garbage slave. Given that the SW universe doesn't have puritanical Judeo-Christian morals holding her back and given that she is not a senator, why wouldn't she be looking for a little action? It's a great stress reliever.

Yet some sexual tension or cat and mouse games exist in all other high concept adventure storylines except this one.

Romancing The Stone
Indiana Jones
The Original Star Wars
James Bond
Blade Runner
Bourne Identity
Alien 3
Red Planet

I could go on for days. I'm calling how they wrote Finn's character The Black Teddy Bear Theory.

As for people complaining about the lack of reaction and outrage over the destruction of five planets...people that are in the midst of war do not spend a lot of time dwelling on the immediate past, current, or imminent deaths. War is a long game and the plan is mitigate loses while WINNING. For one side that might mean countless deaths for the other it might mean sacrifice.

When people complain that the Star Wars films (and many of the blockbusters inspired by their success) are inhumane and damn-near fascist, let's all remember how Dogsinotpalc set us right.

True. But the Jedi are 'supposed' to be above those urges. Anakin being an exception and we all know how that ended up. Since Rey is a Jedi there might be a bent towards celibacy like the Buddist monks Lucas loosely based the Jedi on. Or there might be more of that build up yet to come.

Rey is only interested in doing it with the Force.

and Finn has been around men his whole stormtrooper life, no wonder he swings that way.

sheesh. watch the movie, guys!

Let's put an end to playing the "This is only the first part of a trilogy" card in our lifetime. Even if you are correct, that doesn't stop Finn from showing interest, even if he's shot down. Next...

My theory stands. White people love a black teddy bear.

I dunno seemed to me like ol black teddy bear had the hots for Keira AlmostKnightley.

Like many before you who have ascribed to theories only those who need something to complain about: you are, most likely, wrong.

Except in your own little echo chamber.

So basically you don't have a good argument. You're just going to say I'm wrong, and you think that's enough. It's not. Try a little harder.
