Humboldt Fog is my favorite cheese so far this week

Note that it is like three different cheeses in one! The drier white inner part, the gooey part, and all the other bits. Plus it is sinfully luscious on a cracker.

I wonder if the current batches will feature a smoky flavor?

My daughter and I went to Trader Joe's today for some chocolate and picked up the very same cheese for lunch. We also picked up some parmesan.

I see Humboldt Blue and all the other cheeses by Cypress Grove are available on Amazon. There's a distribution center 15 minutes from here. I wonder if they could get it here safely.

I’m pretty sure “Humboldt Blue” is actually a variety of weed. Definitely order some!

For our wedding we had a tower made of cheese instead of a cake. Cheddar, brie, a blue and a goats cheese. It was awesome.
