Tuesday I'm taking Mom to the hospital for her second knee replacement...most of you will remember the hell we went through last year with this, so obviously there are significant misgivings about it...but her other knee has deteriorated to the point where she is in constant pain, and the surgically repaired knee and quad muscle from last year have strengthened to the point where we believe she can deal with the rehab effectively...the surgeon has assured me that they have adjusted the anesthesia and treatment adequately to compensate for the complication encountered last time, so...

...a little mojo goes a long way...
 
I remember that well. Much mojo and hopes that it will go more smoothly than the first time around.
