As someone who’s spent a lot of time with the theatre, Halloween has no real appeal for me at all. Total meh. Especially now that my kids are old enough not to be too excited about it.

I am working on Halloween.
It wouldn't be right to decorate,and then not be home to give out candy.

No decorations. Plus our new house has the front door about 25 yards from the street, so I expect zero kids on Halloween. Plus there are no sidewalks in the area - just bike lanes. Heck - at our old house in the middle of the 'burbs in 5 years I think the most kids we ever had was less than 10. Last year was zero.

No one comes down to our house because our street throws a party at the entrance (we're on a cul-de-sac). I always want to decorate but no one will ever see it.
