Love the look, and Baker has a great reputation.

That said, I'm sure it's PRS counterpart would seem like a bargain in comparison. Bakers are quite pricey, aren't they?

The Bakers just look like slightly melted PRSs to me. That said, I've hear naught but good things about them, and would love to try one.

I've tried Bakers when I was shopping for my Suhr and while they were nice guitars they didn't really do too much for me.

there's nothing exciting about LPs and strats either. :embarrassed:

:markfacepalm:

The trick is playing a bunch of them. My ugly LP is an incredible guitar from a shit era of Gibson (You know, from 1970-present day :embarrassed:). In spite of the fact that I can't stand PRS guitars I've played a couple that I would own just because they felt and sounded good to me.

well then maybe you need to reevaluate what you're looking for in a guitar and what other builders make what you want.

I'm pretty much done buying guitars at this point. If I need Fender-type guitars I am happy buying more Suhrs. If I needed another LP-type guitar I would definitely shop pretty widely.

Having played Aahzz's Mira, I wouldn't mind owning one at all. Sounded great, played great, and was light as a feather.
