Very interesting. Not at all what you'd expect from Fender.

To me, though, semis like that should be set neck.

ok, the color is hideous. A yellowed wood, looks like it belongs in the junkpile. The pickups themselves are hideous, they could ruin any guitar they were in. I shoul dbe glad they werent put in something else so they defiled a decent guitar. That VI-BRA-TO looks like, well, it's ugly and I will just leave it at that. The black control knobs are completely out of place. The writing on the pickguard is revolting. And a bolt-on? On a hollowbody? :facepalm:
 
It looks like it was made from an old shipping pallet.

The neck and the Vibrato remind me of the things I hate about Jazzmasters.

It looks like something that if you mustered the nerve to pick it up in a music store would play and sound like 39 levels of baked ass.

the vibrato should remind you of things you hate about the Fender Mustang, not the Jazzmaster. :embarrassed:
 
The 'six in line' headstock just looks wrong on that body, but I know that is a bias not a legit argument. Bolt on necks also seem wrong....

But the price :eek: ....

Old does not always mean valuable......

Yeah, I have a tendency to mix up the Jazzmaster, the Mustang, the JazzStang, and the Duosonic.

I mean, I know the difference, but I don't think I'd ever want to own any of them.

Although that black Jazzmaster with the tort pickguard the guy is playing in the freecreditreport.com commercial looks pretty sweet.
 
Oh my eyes. No no no no no. Definitely not what I think of when Fender comes to mind.

And the writing on the pickguard is one thing, but why on earth would they put the COLOR on the pickguard? Befuddling!
