This guitar is in NEW OLD STOCK condition! You can literally count how many times it was strummed by the hairline scratches on the bottom of pickup. That's the ONLY wear to be found on this piece! Virtually BRAND NEW. This is a super rare color for this model. Never had a screw turned on this guitar! Comes with almost all the case candy! Original hard shell case.

Actually I like the antigua finish, on both guitars! As for the GPOTD - I've played a few 70s Tele Customs. They're OK, but not my first choice in a guitar. And, in spite of the fact that it has the relatively rare antigua finish, it's definitely not worth the price they're asking - especially considering that it's a 70s Fender, which are some of the worst ones ever made from a quality standpoint.

I think the pickguard may be why I don't like the tele. I think you hit it with putting a black guard on it.

Antigua is definitely a hideous finish, but I still rather like it. I wouldn't mind having one for shits and giggles, but I'd never pay that kind of price for one.

in this particular case, "it looks like shit and people will laugh at you" definitely works for "shits and giggles".
