It's a Leslie amp simulator. It emulates Leslie rotating speaker amps.

I have seen it. In fact, the B9 is what got me thinking about what I really wanted. And what I don't want is to sound like an organ. What I do want is to sound like a guitar being played through a Leslie. Kinda like Charlie Hunter but with significantly less talent. I'm not quite sure if this will be worth almost twice the cost of a BOSS RT-20, but it is Hammond and I'm pretty confident in them.

Yep. This one is the newer, smaller, less expensive one. Though $250 is still spendy.
