i'd only been playing for about 10 months when i recorded these, and i'm self taught so far...

Geez, no replies. That's a bit harsh.

Good going for 10 months self-taught (I reckon anyway). Plus you've got a good singing voice, which helps a LOT. How long since you recorded these?
 
it's been a while... the most recent was train to birmingham... i don't practice near enough. working full time, going to college, a wife, and a nine year old daughter doesn't leave a whole lot of me time...
 
I'm self taught and been tryin' for almost 4 years. I'm still not as good as you diceman. I have a lot of the same issues too. Full time job, wife and kids, and a honey-do list a mile long does not leave a whole lot of practice time. I'll use your vids as some inspiration thoug diceman. Thanks. You play pretty well dude.

Hey Diceman, good to see you here. You do have an excellent voice...and for only playing for 10 months you are very proficient. Excellent job.
 
Nice Job Dice. I've found that recording myself and listening/watching it a few times is really helpful. In my case it can be painful but hey...it's about getting better.

I struggle with singing and playing but I find that the less I concentrate on it and just relax it seems to come along. It's a process, that's for sure.

Congrats for posting your stuff as well, good or bad it ain't always easy opening yourself up. Keep it up. Totally_jammin_out
