Finished up recording Back In Black.

Yeah, that is really the whole point of the coverfest for me really. It's about learning - and those of us who have more experience/chops or whatever try our very best to add constructive criticism whenever we can :)
I've learned a whole lot through doing them - especially since I always pick songs I've never played before biggrin

Yeah, I'd say at least 75% of the time, I do songs for Coverfest that I've never played with a band before. Even if I have played them with a band, I still have to learn the drum and bass parts.

Johnny N., who are you on Harmony Central again? :embarrassed:

Sounds good :thu:

One other thing Prages, you're really good at inventing new words imo - more betterest and less reverbery biggrin

Mark coined the 'reverbery' term earlier in this thread.

The more betterest thing...

A few years ago System of a Down had a song called Lonely Day that got a lot of airplay over here. It was perhaps the worst song I've ever had the misfortune of hearing.

As evidence, I present you with the first verse:

Such a lonely day
And it's mine
The most lonliest day of my life

Somebody on HC was raving about what a great song it was. I said I thought it was shit. The guy responded that you really could only understand the song if you had lived it.

I responded with fanuvbrak's sig.
