Delay and/or Verb Pedals

Let’s Get Obtuse!
I’ve got a little money burning a hole and am kinda thinking “enh, maybe I could use a new pedal.” Any of you nerds currently enamored of a specific delay or verb pedal. I’m kinda considering the various tape echo emulators out there, but I’m casting around for any amazing recommendations for retro and ambient sounds.

Not looking to lead a contemporary praise band or anything.
 
i like my Source Audio Collider a lot. Delay and reverb with a ton of flexibility and the ability to deep edit if that's your bag. but also sounds great out of the box so you don't need to menu dive if you don't wanna.
 
Second on the SA Collider. Pretty much any delay you might need or like and they all sound good. I really like the oil can and the tape settings. Plus you get a decent reverb if you need it without taking up much extra space.
For something simple and bulletproof you cant beat a Boss DM2W or a DD3, chose your flavor. I like to run em both together DM2W>DD3 @ slightly different delay times.
For something unique and retro I like my Old Blood Noise Black Fountain oil can delay. Its dark, mysterious, and a bit unpredictable if that makes any sense.
I have an EQD Aftermath reverb thats a lot of fun but honestly I havnt found much practical use for it.
The best sounding analog delay Ive heard online is the Mythos Oracle, but I cant really justify any more pedals and I need to unload a bunch.

Retro + ambient = Caroline Guitar Company Meteora (reverb) Kilo or Mega byte (delay)

my favorite reverb is still the Big Ear Elle. Been on my board since 2019. By far the longest I’ve ever owned a pedal. It doesn’t have a million features, but it’s an awesome sounding modulated reverb.
 
Still love the Strymon El Capistan tape delay. Hall of Fame reverb is good and should cost a lot more.
 
i'm having good luck with the MXR Carbon Copy Bright pedal.
the standard one is too dark, esp. with clean strat tones.

how much you looking to spend? any must have features?
 
I have a wampler reflection and a ehx holy grail that go back and forth on. Lately it's been the Wampler.

Nothing yet. I’ve been window shopping some stuff, but nothing has caught my fancy. Plus I wound up playing a couple solo shows on either side of a two week vacation and then I’ve been swamped at work. So no time to shop.
 
I am digging this thread, because I found myself in a similar situation recently. I've been thinking about an Analog Alien Rumble Seat pedal.
