I'll never vote for someone wearing a hat
I've never worn a suit. I've probably worn dress clothes about 5 times since I was a teenager. I have a job interview tomorrow, that's kind of a bid deal, and I had to buy new clothes head to toe.One thing I believe that you should always spend the most on (relative to your budget) is suits. Always buy the best suit you can afford. And get it altered to fit you.
Absolutely cheap H&M suits or unstructured off the rack looks are awful on anyone over 19. They look bad on teenagers too, but who the fuck cares about what teens look like.
If you don’t wear a suit every day, make the suit you do wear count extra. Because you’re only putting it on when you have reason to look good. Have someone measure you and fit you.
Don’t buy something that looks like a bad rental when you wear it.

This stuff. Yeah, the dog too. We have to get ol' Monty's fatty tumor taken off. Not thought to be dangerous, but still. And yeah, the stereo gear is also very peaceful for me.

Make your own. It's easy, quick, and WAY delicious!Butter is worth spending extra on. Some Indopak grocery stores carry tasty Irish and English butters.
Next to save up for and replace is the turntable. I don't listen to tons of vinyl, but I want to upgrade from my old Technics belt drive I have had for years. A Kenwood KD-550 with the green/grey corian base and a nice cartridge will look and sound great there for occasional vinyl spinning. The Sansui tuner looks sharp

@DdBob , yeah, keeping that dog. Annoying as he can be sometimes (gets wound up, likes to bark), he is a joy.

My son wanted a turntable for his birthday so I bought him a Pro-ject carbon Debut. Really nice turntable for around $400. It has some glowing reviews on YouTube. Comes with a decent cartridge also. My son likes the red color (comes in different colors).
