Challenger is out of quarantine.

The Challenger got t-boned in March.
My wife and daughter were in the car. They’re fine.
The car was released from the collision shop today.

It took a long time for repairs because a left side seat belt was unobtanium.
The collision centre suggested that, as the car owner, we call Chrysler directly and that seemed to get things kickstarted. The part showed up about a week later.

Anyway, they did a good job. It was pricey. I’m surprised that the insurance company didn’t total it out.

Glad you got it back. I was surprised when my car wasn't totaled out as well with almost 4K worth of damage on a 1997 car. The damage on yours (and mine too) didn't look too bad but the replacement parts are pricey as you say.

This was over 13000 with taxes. The appraiser called it just under 12000 and the insurance company was good with that.
