Are these characters from some Sid and Marty Krofft nightmare? Any idea what theme park this might have been?

That's me and my cousin back around '71 or so. I only stumbled across this photo recently and I feel like it explains a mountain of childhood trauma.

The guy with the 1/2 jersey was apparently called Rah Rah and was on a show called Lidsville from '71 - '73.

The “cop” is Cling and is indeed from h.r. puffinstuff.

I did recognize the character but wasn’t sure from where. So, Google image searched it.

Cling (performed by Joy Campbell) – Cling and Clang are two short mute keystone cops with furry three-toed feet and bird-like faces who work for H.R. Pufnstuf as his Rescue Racer Crew. Cling wears red and Clang wears green.
