A few years ago my daughter made a series of cakes (with parental help) for school. We came to the conclusion that flour cakes are better than butter cakes and the best frosting is buttercream frosting made with Kerrygold butter.

Those are absolutely killer. My mom made them on the regular and hold great memories.
