I have a new Mac on order and they are sending me "Your order has shipped" emails every day. One for the Apple care disk, another for a video adapter cable and now one for the Microsoft office 2011. The only thing not on its way is the FUCKING COMPUTER.

directly from Apples website. I have a "no interest for 12 months" deal that I was able to use coupled with an educational discount that trumps the cash deal at LA Computer company or any of the local resellers.

I hate when any of the Apple company (store, website, support, etc) treats you in that "Pleasantville" style....

Actually the last time I spoke to apple support on the phone it sounded like a normal person from Northern California who took my 3 day old iMac back and gave me the just released 27" model with no questions asked. :shrug:

Better than any experience I ever had with Dell ("Peggy" with the Indian accent) or Linksys.
 
Ok... Computers shipped. I guess I'll see it on Monday I bet.
