Today I should receive my TC Harmony G-XT that is replacing the malfunctioning Digitech Voice Live 3.

And on Monday, I should get the Peter Frampton Wah Pedal. DANCING-banana

The TC-Helicon pedal arrived!

Man, I'm glad I swapped out the Digitech for it. Besides it being TC reliable instead of Digitech reliable ... it's about HALF the size. On a compact pedal board it will definitely make a big difference!!!

nope.

wait, I am expecting a bottle of Bite of the Dragon hot sauce.
really good stuff.

Doh!
He couldn't ship out to me. He tried but it didn't work out.
I think I know why though. He asked if he knew me and I threw out a completely different name than yours.

about the only feature that the Harmony G-XT doesn't have that the Digitech had is the Male/Female switches for each voice.... but considering how well it tracks and how much better the reverb and vocal compression sounds, I'll take the trade off. This is going to be a super usable pedal!

Using it, I also dialed in some different delays on my TC Flashback X4.... a rockabilly slapback and an Andy Summers-ish modulated delay that works great with Roxanne. :baimun:

weird...
I know he had issues when he tried to ship more than one bottle at a time to me.
though I think that was due to the shipping method he'd chosen.

Used the Harmony G-XT at band practice today.

Loved the harmonies. I use just a single harmony vocal a third above for the A parts... then the B I have Higher and Lower with doubling... so it sounds like a full chorus. Dammit this thing sounds amazing. I didn't experience any of the weird warbling or note-hunting that the Digitech unit did.

The only bad thing is that ALL of the LEDs are red so out of the corner of my eye, I can't tell if the unit is on, off, A, or B because all the buttons above it are lit. I'm going to put a strip of blue over those A/B On/Off LEDs so they look PURPLE and that should fix it... but I am going to write TC Helicon abou the issue.

Yeah, I ordered one of every flavour he had left. That might have been the problem.
We sorted things out the transaction though and all is well. I'll try again once he ramps up with the full production that's he's working on. Best of luck to him.

Hmmmm........
I may have to check that out.
I'm pretty disappointed with mine--it's just not doing what I need it to do.
