if so you can feel good about hood....

I will say two things.

1) Back when I was a kid who read guitar magazines, Trey's columns were always some of the best... He pushed George Van Eps's books pretty hard, and I owe him that.

2) I want a Languedoc.

I googled Languedoc to see what you were talking about. The results showed that it was a region in France. My immediate thought was "of course this King George Loving Mother Fucker wants to own his own region of France." Then I realized it was a guitar.

I used to listen to a fair amount of Phish but haven't really litsened in quite a few years. A lot of their stuff is just corny and goofy, etc but sometimes they just transcend and I think the Harry hood above is a good example (Harry hood was always a good song...the whole tension build up to 'you can feel good about Hood" is quite nice) but anyway Trey really had some fine tones in the late 90's,96-97 were good years.... mellow grooves that always went to a crescendo and a release.

here's the Hood I shoulda posted, some good shots of trey workin' his magiK on the Languedoc
