Dogue in teh desert
I hear it's 'weathery" out that way, be strong, stay safe and remember the sun is shining (somewhere).

It’s not too bad here, so far. They’re forecasting that we’ll get the worst of it here in the Niagara Region, but it really depends on how that pink blotch tracks as it moves East. Some models say that it will take a more Southerly track.

Iowa, you look good in pink.

We had about 6 inches of snow in Chicago. I hired a neighborhood kid to shovel my walks. He just left.

I love winter, and shoveling (not sarcastic). I did the neighbors place too because I got so into it once I got going.

We apparently got “lucky” so far - forecasts up to last night had as much as 16” of snow for today/tonight, but we are still south of the snow line, so it’s been all rain thus far. Just waiting for the inevitable temperature plummet and 30 mph winds that will flash freeze everything into nature’s skating rink. Already planned for hunkering down for the weekend; those plans have not changed.

We had about 4". Very light snow, powder the skiers would say. Very easy to shovel. Not looking forward to tomorrow with temps forecast to be -10.

It would be gorgeous here in central Texas if it wasn’t so windy.

There is a house still under construction next door, and the porta potty outside it blew over.

Nice day here in the Bay Area. My parents live on the ninth floor one block off Capitol Square in Madison and were seeing a lot of cars spinning out this morning. I still maintain they were nuts to retire to MadCity, but I’ll just as likely end up, lemming-like, doing the same...

My sister is the OB Case Manager in Barrow, AK. It’s 1F now, getting down to -20F by tomorrow. I don’t know how much they’re paying her, but it must be pretty good.

It’s 64F and sunny here on the Gulf Coast.

Five Feet of snow in Tahoe this week. You guys back east need to thank the Sierras for squeezing out the moisture out of the storm before it headed your way :cop:
