Please excuse the "butt cam" :embarrassed:

Its my McFeely 440 and Suhr Badger 30 amp. Once I figure out a better way to do this I'll make a better version and then do a video of my other pedalboard. The higher gain sounds crunch out the camera a bit but I needed to crank the volume a bit so that you could hear me talk.
 
Mark, I've got the Sparkle Drive and I love the sound, so I'm wondering what makes the Sparkle Drive Mod an upgrade. Could you give me your thoughts?
 
The "mod" has three other settings. The first setting is like the tube screamer sound the original has but without the midrange honk. The other two have more gain and I'm not a fan of them. I prefer the first extra setting myself.

At some point, I'll probably pick one up. In the video the pinnacle sounds so much less compressed than the plexitone. I've actually gone back to my OCD/fatboost combo of pedals instead of the plexitone. The two play well together. I'll have my board at pstock along with the holland.

Yeah. I had two of them until one died mid gig last week :annoyed:

The M9 needs quarantine from the rest of my signal path when I'm not using it.

I'm really glad I cut down my days of pedal boards to two or three. I used to spend months going back and forth, switching this one for that one, changing the position of a pedal or two in the chain, being happy, have a bad sounding day, change everything, find a sweet spot, forget it, change everything, realize I have to tweak my amp eq to make it sound better for one song, etc.

Simple now. One od, one reverb, one trem. Still need a delay but that's all.

However...that was a cool vid, and shows how many sounds you can get with a more advanced setup. :thu:

This is for my cover band gig. It's actually quite a bit simpler than it used to be in past years and tHere are sounds I can't get but this is all if e essentials for the two cover bands I play in.

My original band setup started simple and is getting more complicated as we progress on the album though :embarrassed:
