I’m glad I’m finally done shopping for amps. I’m keeping my P2P VHT D Fifty head, which has Fender cleans, and D-style crunch. I’m keeping my P2P VAC Hayseed 15 for Vox style tones with matching 112 A-blue loaded cab. I’ll keep another 112, a 212 and a 412. I’m getting rid of Fender, Peavey, etc, cabs. Also selling off the majority of my pedals and a few guitars. It’s a major purge for me.

I don’t need it but I like it a whole bunch. I will say this though as someone who has owned Fenders from all the classic eras, the brown/blonde era is my least favorite. Neither the cleans or the dirts are better than tweed or blackface. The harmonic trem is cool but not any cooler than blackface trem.

That brown Fender you have/had sounds/sounded pretty great. But it’s definitely its own thing and kind of inbetween the classic sounds
