Is it an interesting guitar from a historical perspective? Yes.
Is it worth a 5 figure asking price? Not to me.

What is the historical significance of this particular guitar?

Tony Zemaitis Sr. passed away in 2002. During the 90s he would only make 10 guitars a year and no two were supposedly identical.
