My wife is currently trying to calm me down. I think she remembers that last week the thing I wanted more than anything was a 60's Vox Viscount. I think she figures if she makes me wait a bit I might change my mind, and I might. Who knows?

I don't like that cutaway type thing, just the way it looks on an acoustic. Otherwise extremely hot, so overall...
I agree, either make it a real cutaway, or don't bother. As it is, I'd have to borrow one of @baimun 's hacksaws to give it a nice, usable cutaway :)

There really isn't a usable cutaway on an acoustic. The neck joint is so thick that it doesn't matter if there's a cutaway or not, you still have to perform the same contortions to reach the upper frets.

$1250 w/case.

Problem, if I buy this no Zamaitis. Not really a money issue just don't need two more acoustics. I really want the Zamaitis. George Harrison had one and in case no one noticed George and I have similar tastes in guitars.

Not an acceptable answer.

You must go try it out, even if you don't buy it.....and report back.

We're counting on you.

If you tell me it plays like a dream and sounds like angels singing.......maybe I'll sell the snowblower or something and try to come up with the cash. (You know, something I completely DON'T need. )

Because I quite like that guitar.

Go forth, and report back.
