Grosh makes great guitars. I don't always agree with their pricing new but every one that I've played has been great. This is a really decently priced used example.

I'm going to go with a no, based on the Mary Kaye green finish.

Mary Kaye had a transparent-white guitar. That's it.

You can't append Mary Kaye to a color as a adjective.

Finish is not cool. Shape looks nice for the oh-so-trendy offset type thing. I already have a dual P90 fenderish guitar in my Stratosonic... OK it IS a Fender!
