Dean Hardtail Select Vibrato

The select mahogany body has a solid flamed maple top with a transparent finish for that boutique vibe. The mahogany neck is set in for superior sustain and projection, and the 22 fret rosewood fingerboard is adorned with the Dean HTS logo at the 12th fret. Additional deluxe appointments include a Knife Edge tremolo, a set of custom humbuckers that feature coil tapping, Grover tuners, and matte nickel hardware. Case not included.

The Hardtail Select was a vaguely PRS styled offering and originally was hardtail only, but late in the cycle they offered a model with the Wilkinson-style bridge.

At least they used vibrato correctly. That said, the vibrato looks like a mutant Wilkinson and I'd rather have an actual hardtail. Without the flamey gaudiness too.

It's OK, but for a double cut with 'buckers, I'd prefer a PRS.

The really long upper cutaway looks like a banana and makes the guitar look somewhat out of balance. I wonder how it balances on a strap?
