2022 Relish Trinity Metallic Blue Outfit

For your consideration is this excellent 2022 Relish Trinity in captivating metallic blue satin.

Designed in Switzerland and made to exact specifications in Indonesia, this third original body type from Relish guitars is the first solid body the company ever offered.

24 stainless-steel frets mounted to the laurel fretboard on a maple neck bolted to a solid, contoured basswood body provides the basis for what makes a Relish a true Relish: rear accessibility to change out the magnetic Relishbucker XX pickups!!! (Additional pickups sold separately through Relish)*

Built as an entry point into the ever-expanding world of Relish boutique builds, the Trinity provides excellent tonal quality with a no-frills, straightforward design: volume, 3-way switch, and tone contols.

Interesting guitar.

One thing I don’t get, for all the shit 70’s Fenders get fit a 3 bolt neck, why would anyone make one with 3 now?

I think the biggest purpose this would serve is proving that pickups don't make much of a difference to me. Cool shape, cool sparkle.

I like the paint colour.

Guitar looks kinda boring, though.

But it’s not too bad, as guitars with humbuckers and fingerboard inlays go.

I like that I'm able to swap pickups easily. But I'm on the fence about the guitar. It's good that they are making these at a lower price point, but I'm not a fan of the materials used.

I’ve always thought that being able to swap pickups easily is a cool idea. I might actually do it if it didn’t require taking off the strings and breaking out a soldering iron.

Like the simplicity but the swapping of pickups that only they make is a red flag for me. Don't limit my choices bro

I believe you can use any pickups of your choice, you do need to send them the pickups though for them to attach them to the mounting brace

Okay, that sucks. I’m too lazy to mail out pickups. Going to the post office or a package store is more effort than soldering.
