I can’t get out of my seat and I have to pee.

I’ve thought about getting a generator.
I’d likely be first and only person to install one in my neighbourhood and likely all of the surrounding neighbourhoods.


But weather is getting nastier here. So, maybe it’s time.

I have a whole house battery, so I would never have a problem getting off the couch. But mine's not a powered recliner so I'll never know

My electric recliner on the sofa quit working a year ago. It's probably a simple fix. It's hard to lift the 100 plus pound couch to see what's doing. I'll get around to it.

I started using a generator for power outages over a year ago. An electrician hooked up a plug so it powers the whole house. During fire season when the winds kick in, the electric company has been turning off the power for a day or two.
