This was THE most incredible concert I've ever seen...it made a huge fan out of a neutral party (my old guitarist in a former band) when I took him.
Footage and audio was provided free by TR, and the fans did the editing and production. Mind-blowingly good:

Really good, but I prefer Rush in Rio - 1) It was IIRC shot on videotape instead of that GD HD 24fps crap - has a much more "live" visual to it, and 2) as mentioned in another thread, the crowd is just insane - I mean, 60,000+ all singing along to the NOTES in YYZ??

Queen - live at Wembley (although I personally prefer the Queen Rock Montreal dvd)
Iron Maiden - Live After Death
Also, hate them as much as you want, but Dream Theater's "Score" is really good.
Other favourites include:
Flower Kings - Meet the Flower Kings (not 100% live, but sound and song selection incredibly good imo)
Transatlantic - Whirl'd tour 2010: Live in London (again, not everyone's bag, but a spectacularly good concert).
