I really like the way the back contrasts with the top. Otherwise, I'm not too excited about it. I wouldn't kick it out of bed, though.
 
It's like when you write a song and then think "Wow, I really like it, but it sounds too much like 'Lady Love', so I'll change this part a little..." and then it sounds like shit.
That's how I feel when I see that upper bout. There is only so much you can change on a guitar without it looking stupid.
