Prages, I've been pretty lucky with my first house thus far, but like I said, being able to just walk in and buy it really made things easy.

Mojo Peeker. I had a one hour commute (one way) for several years. That's 10+ hours a week of your life that's pretty much pissed away, when it could be spent playing guitar, or Yahtzee, or the stock market or napping, or fishing, or sitting on the veranda sipping Clicquot or Busch Lite.

Hope your dissolution with the SO is amicable, too.

I can't say I give a rat's ass about any of you fuckwads during my daily work routine (I got my own problems!!11) but when I log on I sincerely feel ya (see Hippy Gary's Love thread).
 
well, she's pretty much non-talkative, but says I don't have to worry about cancelling my mortgage application.
so that's something, anyways.

with any luck, it'll go thru quick, and we can go our separate ways.
