Playing this, My Les Paul this afternoon at work and my Tele last night really demonstrated that my Tele Deluxe needs a pickup upgrade to compete.

I did that with my Eastman Esprit the other day. Brought it out to play the solo on PF’s Money for an upcoming World Jam Performance. My strat does not have 22 frets and I need that D to bend up to E for the solo. Why the Esprit one would ask as it has humbuckers, because I can split the coils for that single coil sound.
