Apparently the blowout models are the last of the Korean built ones. They have HiLo Tron pickups and a few other appointments that are nicer than the replacement line which is made in China.

They’re doing away with the Electromatics in favor of the Streamliners? Or are they just moving all production to China?

I have *almost* purchased several Electromatics—mainly the fully hollow stuff. But I’m just kinda enh on the feel.

I had one for a short time. It was Korean made.
