I worked for Del Monte Pineapple Canners for 3 years summer employment. I am not a fan of pineapple.

Also pineapple on Pizza does not make it Hawaiian Pizza if you have Canadian Bacon with it.

Speaking of pizza ingredients, I love carmelized onions on pizza, but don't really care for raw onions on pizza.

Why is it that pizzaria's can't cook their onions prior to using them? Is it that hard/time consuming/not enough profit in it?

Most don’t have any way to cook them. Onions don’t come out well in deck oven.
